Women’s Executive Council awards scholarships to students, honors
women in the community

The Women's Executive Council will present its 38th Annual Women's Achievement Awards on Thursday, October 16th at the Citrus Club, downtown Orlando beginning at 11:30am.

The Women’s Executive Council has been involved in the development of Downtown Orlando business district. WEC was formed in 1972 to create and foster involvement of women in executive positions. All proceeds benefit the council’s scholarship endowment fund. Scholarships are awarded yearly at WEC’s Annual Women’s Achievement Awards ceremony.
