Council Meetings

Women's Executive Council monthly Council Meetings are open to members and guests.

The meeting is held on the second Wednesday of each month, at 11:30 am (except October and December) at the University Club.

Meeting is $20.00 for members and guests who reserve by the deadline of NOON, on the Monday prior to the meeting.

Meeting is $25.00 if your reservation is late or if you did not RSVP.

For those who arrive without a reservation, you will be placed on a stand-by list to see if we can offer you a seat.

Lunch is included and is selected by the chef and consists of a white meat (usually chicken) with two sides, a dessert, iced tea, water and coffee.

There is a limited number of vegetarian meals.

If you are inviting a guest, please include their information and meal choice in the comment box below. Click on the 'Submit' button and a confirmation will be displayed.

Board Meetings

Women's Executive Council monthly Board Meetings are open to all members who wish to attend.

The meeting is held on the third Wednesday, of each month at 11:30 am, at the University Club.

Individual lunches will be selected from the University Club's menu.

Seating is limited.

Registration is required.
